And Faith is the basis for discovering Truth. But increasing one’s faith in life can be a daunting task. It can appear difficult to work on Faith. However, Truth, or honesty, which springs from Faith can be worked on and actively developed easily. And as honesty grows, and Truth becomes established in your life, then Faith grows. From a practical standpoint we can say honesty then is the principal moral issue of our lives.

What is the effect of lying? Simply stated, one cannot recognize truth while one is lying. What you offer to the world is what you receive. If you lie, you cannot hear your Inner Voice. In the same way acting while fearing the future precludes one from choosing a correct action, lying precludes one from being able to see and understand what is correct at that moment.

Lack of trust underlies the desire to lie. Trust in life allows one to see the effects of one’s thoughts. Without trust the creative effect of the thought is present, but its connection to our own requesting is not seen. We become complicit in our own delusion when we choose to distrust. This delusion is a form of lying to ourselves. First comes distrust, then comes lying.

If I take someone’s pulse while they are lying, the pulse changes significantly. The pulse indicates the person begins to vacillate between abstract and concrete perceptions, methodically and rythmically. This pulse is similar to, but not identical to, the confusion pulse, where there is an uneven, irregular vacillation between concrete thinking processes and abstract thinking processes.

‘I’m not sure what to do.’ ‘I don’t know what I really want.’ Statements like these indicate you have been lying. Perhaps it was to yourself, perhaps to others. Maybe you were overly tactful to the point of misleading someone. When you lie, you create doubt in yourself.

The untruthfulness I am referring to here is more than just saying something not wholly true. Full honesty means all your thoughts, all your words, and all your deeds are consistent with one another. It means no two thoughts contradict one another, no two actions are inconsistent, and all your words are in agreement. It means to live your life fully expressing yourself in complete harmony with yourself. Practically, if you live like that, every word that comes out of your mouth is a full and complete representation of everything you are thinking and feeling at that moment.

For most of us there is a difference between who we are, or at least how we see ourselves, that is our internal world, and how we live our lives, our external world. In extreme circumstances we can find ourselves living a life that is far, far from what we envisioned for ourselves. Have you ever had to ask yourself, ‘How in the world did I get here?’ You got there by lying. The words we use are the bridge between our inner and outer worlds. If your words don’t accurately reflect what you are thinking and feeling, how then can your outer world form in such a manner that it suits who you really are?

If you have a moment of doubt, know that you have been untruthful. Don’t think you can clear up your doubt until you start telling the truth, and living in a manner that is true to yourself. It can’t happen. At those moments ask yourself, ‘What is true about this person, about this situation?’ Or, ask, ‘How best may I express what is true now?’

What we are concerned with here, is the actual effect lying has on the person doing the lying. I’m not looking at the external effect, just the internal effect.

The following is a good exercise, but very challenging:

Over the next few days, after having read this, monitor yourself and notice how often what you speak is not a full and accurate representation of what you are thinking and feeling. When you answer a question, does your answer really convey everything that is going on inside you? If it doesn’t, you are lying. If it doesn’t, you are sowing seeds of doubt and confusion in yourself. Let’s call this a lie of ommission.

Notice how often what you speak is not wholly accurate. You are late for a meeting and when you arrive you say, ‘Oh, I’m sorry. Traffic was terrible.’ It might be true traffic was terrible, but you were late because you chatted on the phone with a friend well past the point you should have. You are lying. We could say this is a lie of obfuscation.

A friend has invited you to go somewhere. As the date approaches you wish you had not agreed to go. On the day of the event you call your friend and say, ‘I’m sorry, I really can’t make it.’ And then you add, ‘Billy has a school project due tomorrow that he just told me about. I really should stay home and help him with it.’ Yes, Billy has a school project, but he didn’t just tell you about it and anyway, that’s Billy’s problem. But you don’t want to say the truth, ‘I haven’t been having a good time with you lately, and I’m not really not up to spending the evening with you.’

These are three types of lies. The non-expression of all you are thinking and feeling, fuzzy little weasel lies, so you can pretend you haven’t done anything wrong, and lies of integrity. There are more types of lies than this, by the way, but I am mentioning these three because these, in particular, cause problems and these are the types of lies many people choose not to consider as lies.

Each of these lies creates an unhealthy effect in your body, and brings to you an event not of your liking.

After you have spent a few days determining how often you lie, begin to consciously choose to speak ‘the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth’.
Note each time you won’t or don’t, or feel you can’t. Day by day push the boundaries of speaking the truth. Speak it when it seems you can’t. Speak it even when you are afraid. Please don’t delude yourself into thinking anything other than the whole truth, with no misleading statements added to it, is anything but a lie.

The last type of lie we will deal with is the underpinnings of the other lies. It is a lie to ourselves. Let’s call it a lie of delusion. The main way we do it is we take scant facts and fill in a full story in order to judge someone else. Your spouse comes home from work and is a little distracted. Obviously, he hates you! Or, your husband is pushed around by his Mother. Obviously, he is a ‘Momma’s boy’, and is now worthy of your disrespect.

Does he hate you? Is he pushed around by his Mother? Is he a ‘Momma’s boy’? Once you declare those things to be true, he certainly will appear to you to be that. But are those things true? Possibly, he doesn’t deal well with his Mother. It might be no one in the world deals well with his Mother. It could have nothing to do with being pushed around. He just might not yet have figured out a healthy way to deal with her. Of course, that means he isn’t a ‘Momma’s boy’ and that means you shouldn’t disrespect him. But that means your whole story is blown, and you will have to review how you respond to him.

Taking a fact, or facts, in this case your husband doesn’t deal well with his Mother, and extrapolating them into definitive statements is the most dangerous of all lies. They underscore our false judgments, and trade the real foundations of our lives for ones made of sand.

This last type of lie deserves its own book. It is how we create the illusions we see so ‘clearly’. There is little we can actually know, and what we can know is entirely about ourselves. Almost nothing of anyone else can we know as clearly as we think we can. What we can know, we are confused about. What we can’t know, we feel we know very well. This is how we create an illusion instead of a real life.

It is a bit harsh to confront this in yourself, and I am deliberately bludgeoning you with the word, ‘lie’, but I am doing this for a reason. There is a real world out there, and it is beautiful and full and complete, but we don’t see it. Largely we don’t because we lie.

A Simple Method

Anxiety

Do you suffer from anxiety and wish to be rid of it? Is anxiety a disease that plagues you?

Luckily, anxiety isn’t difficult to be rid of. I know that isn’t conventional wisdom. I’m sure if you have anxiety more than one doctor has told you you might have to live with anxiety the rest of your life.

It actually can go pretty quickly.

Firstly, go to www.asimplemethod.com and read the ‘Technique of Simple Method’. Spend a couple of minutes each day practicing Simple Method.

All disease begins with a mistake of the mind. Anxiety is no different. The true cure of diseases is to cure the errors of the mind. Diseases can move into the body, but begin in the mind. The cause of disease, including anxiety, is the original errors of the mind that informed the body incorrectly. Dealing with disease by attempting to change the functioning of the body without first changing the functioning of the mind is very difficult. Often, this can only be accomplished by taking drugs that overwhelm the mind and the body. This is not a cure.

Simple Method corrects errors in the mind that are the building blocks of disease. Take away the support from your own mind and the disease of anxiety cannot maintain itself.

Let us look at the two basic types of anxiety. The first type of anxiety is linked to daydreaming. Are you a chronic daydreamer? Do you have an irregular heartbeat? Do you have lines that run at a 45 degree angle on your face? They might be between your eyes, when you frown, or at the outside of your eyes. Or, they might be on your earlobes, or coming down from the nose. Check in a mirror. Note your breathing, is your ‘Out’ breath longer than your ‘In’ breath. Or, visa versa? Usually, this type of anxiety has a longer ‘Out’ breath.

This type of anxiety is insidious, linked as it is with daydreaming. Daydreaming can be pleasant, but is a basic thinking error. Daydreaming, when used creatively for doing projects is fine. Used as an escape tool to ‘get you out of’ situations you do not like, is very unhealthy and will lead you from anxiety to irregular heartbeat to eventually having serious heart problems, including heart attacks. It is best to break yourself of this habit.

On the positive side this type of anxiety is easily cured by using Simple Method. Also, what is very helpful is a homeopathic remedy called China. Usually, anxiety of this sort will go away in a month or two. And, it doesn’t matter how long you have suffered from it, nor how deeply has your anxiety affected you.

For this anxiety take two homeopathic remedies in the following manner:

Take a dose of China every morning and evening for ten days. While you are doing this, take one dose of Iod in the afternoon. Stop taking these two remedies for a week and then repeat the China/Iod/China, morning/afternoon/evening, for another ten days. Take a week off and repeat again.

Typically, within a few days you will feel your anxiety lessening and by the time you have done four or five cycles it will have gone. You will also notice how improved your concentration is.

Because the basic fear of life might not yet have gone, and because the tendency to daydream will still be there due to its habitual nature, anxiety can still creep back in. If that happens, re-read the ‘Technique of Simple Method’, practice Simple Method, and go back on the China/Iod/China combination. Usually, three days of this will cause the anxiety to go away.

Most anxiety will go away with the above. The anxiety associated with daydreaming is by far the most common. However, there is another version of anxiety that might be part of this for you. It is also possible that both types of anxiety are plaguing you. That is a little more complicated but not hugely.

If you have the second type of anxiety often you will have a few other symptoms. Firstly, are your bowel motions very sudden? That is, when you feel the urge to defecate is it quite spasmic and quick? Do you easily get muscle cramps anywhere? These symptoms might be at any time, not just when you are having an anxiety attack. Do you feel others are more powerful than you? Have you been told ‘you are overreacting’ often?

Do you have a vertical line that leads from about one-half inch from your lips, on your right cheek, leading down towards your chin? This line might be an inch and a half long.

If you have this type of anxiety and the daydreaming version of anxiety you are a strong candidate for a heart attack. The daydreaming is weaking your heart, and the feeling others are more powerful than you is leading you to over-react. This over-reaction not only breeds anxiety, but leads to muscles everywhere cramping easily. Hence, the sudden spasms of the bowel. And, it leads to a cramping of the heart muscle.

If you have this type of anxiety, take Mag Phos homeopathic remedy. Mag Phos requires repeated doses, as does China when the heart is involved. Take Mag Phos three to four times a day for five days. If you obsess easier than you do daydream, you might have to also take homeopathic Sulphur. If your anxiety seems worse when you are obsessing then take the Mag Phos as written above, and after the five days, follow it for five days with Sulphur. Give both a rest for five days and then repeat the cycle.

If you think both types of anxiety are part of your disease, and if you can both obsess and daydream easily, you should alternate a cycle of Mag Phos and then Sulphur, with a cycle of China/Iod/China.

These are the two basic types of anxiety. They are both simple and easy to cure. The full cure however, requires something more than what I have written above. What I have written above will reduce anxiety in your life to at most a little nuisance. No more will bouts of anxiety debilitate you and prevent you from enjoying life. However, anxiety might still affect you from time to time, but in little ways. To fully cure yourself of anxiety requires one more step.

Your entire mind must be healed. You must fully Trust Life, and know you will always be looked after. Anxiety is then impossible to re-occur.

This might take some time.

However, know that anxiety can essentially become a thing of the past quite easily using Simple Method and the above homeopathic regimen.

If you have any questions, about anxiety or other diseases, you can write me at steve@asimplemethod.com .

Good luck with this.

A Simple Method

Depression

This will come as a big surprise to many of you, but Depression, like most illnesses is essentially very easy to beat. This article won’t cure depression in you, but it can lead you places where a cure can be found.

Conventional medical wisdom has depression being a bio-chemical disease. Depressed people show reduced levels of some neurotransmitters, notably serotonin, and sometimes dopamine. The question is, ‘why do depressed people show this, and is depression caused by reduced levels of serotonin, or is the switch in bio-chemistry a result of depression?’ If the cure for depression can be found merely by increasing serotonin then one can easily purchase this and you can be forever happy. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work. Depressed people often do find a lifting of their spirits and a reduction in depression initially upon taking certain anti-depressants but often over time find the depression has a way of overtaking them once again.

Part of the problem is depression is not one disease. It is likely as many as nine different diseases. For example, a person might be depressed following addictive periods, some types of obsession lead to depression, bi-polarity is a type of depression, as is having a dopamine problem. Chronic fatigue syndrome is another type of depression and some types of grief lead to a person becoming depressed. The addictive depression needs certain things, rest and routine for example as often the person is burnt out from the addiction. Whereas a depression linked to paranoid distrust needs the opposite. It often does very well with hard work. Obsession is found often in depressed people. Obsession serves both to increase depression and also masks it temporarily in some depressed persons. Most depressions are connected to obsession. If you are depressed beating obsession is of paramount importance and for most people it is a good starting spot.

Of all diseases, no disease is easier to beat than is obsession. Once you have done this, any depression linked to it will automatically reduce. To cure obsession use Simple Method (see link), but also use the homeopathic preparation ‘Sulphur’. This can be found in most health food stores. Take two doses a day for a week. Leave it for a week, and then repeat two doses for another week. Repeat this cycle of one week on, one week off for four cycles. Then, each month take it for one week. After that, if you find your depression returning due to obsession, take it for three to five days, two times a day. Your depression will largely go away simply with this. With this and Simple Method, you should be able to beat it.

Simple Method restructures the mind, and corrects errors in thinking. Errors in thinking are the principal cause of disease, including depression. Homeopathic Sulphur helps the depressed person until such time as their depression is cured through a correction of thinking.

There are different types of errors in thinking, with obsession being one common one. However, the biggest error in thinking is the belief that the direction of your life is up to you to decide. Depression is nearly inevitable when we try to choose to be something we aren’t. A person becomes depressed when they try to live in a way that isn’t suitable for him or her. Living your life as you were created to be cures depression. No one can be depressed when they live a life full of natural inspiration.

Let’s go through the different types of depression. See which type of depressed person you most resemble and then follow the routine suggested. All types of depression, or depressed people should practice Simple Method.

1. Are you addictive? Do you suffer from the burn-out of addiction be it to work, or food, or intoxicants? Do you have a vertical line that runs down the middle of your cheek? This is addictive depression. Take Nux Vom homeopathic. To break an addiction take Nux Vom 12 four or five times a day for three days, then stop. You might find a wave of either depression or anger take over at that point. It will pass. This type of depression must complete its tasks. Do not leave things undone. Live gently, for awhile, go to bed early, get up early, etc. Also use Sulph for this because all addictions are types of obsession.

2. Are you bi-polar? That is, do you not function well in the middle? Do you prefer to run a bit wild for awhile, and then hole up in your room? Did you suffer from asthma as a child, or do you still? Do you take on the character of those around you? That is, do you have poor boundaries. If this is the case, and you are suffering depression following a manic phase, firstly make sure your electrolytes are okay. Drink four to six ounces of Powerade, or Gatorade, or some healthy electrolyte drink mix every day. Some depression has more to do with dopamine, which can be really thrown out following manic binges, and balancing your electrolytes helps this. Use Phos, Mag Phos, and Sulph homeopathically for this type of depression. Take Mag Phos three to four times a day for four days, and then follow this with Phos in the morning and evening for a week. If obsession is a part of your depression, take Sulph two times a day for a week after the Mag Phos and before the Phos.

3. Are you a good athlete? Is your face rectangular? Do you secretly fear your body will never be strong enough? Do you have a secret fear you might be a little sexually attracted to young people? Have you a history of taking martial arts? Are you allergic to many things? Do you tend to stay up later and later until your sleep has been thrown off? Are you paranoid? Are you afraid of spiders? This type of depression requires alternating a week of Sulph, two times a day, with taking Nat Sulph two times a day for five days, for three alternations. Depressed people with this syndrome can be suicidal. It is very, very important to go to bed early and have lots of physical exercise. This type of depression requires a good, healthy routine.

4. Some depressed people have a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome depression. Is this you? If so, dig more deeply into things. Too much surface stuff makes this type of depression worse. Read the essay on Self-Confidence at the Simple Method website. This type of depression cannot be separated from lack of self-confidence. Take Sulph every morning, Calc Carb every afternoon, and Lycopodium every evening five days on, five days off, for four cycles. Then whenever you feel depression starting up, or when you have sudden drops in energy, take the trio of Sulph, Calc, and Lyco for three days.

5. Have your thyroid checked. Another type of depression is linked with thyroid problems. These in turn are linked with errors or misuse of will power. If along with being depressed you are cold, easily, and have gained weight take one dose of Carbo Veg and one dose of Iod each morning for ten days. If you are uncertain, does your depression spike, or are you overwhelmed if your workload is unexpectedly increased? Is your depression linked with a feeling of lack of personal power? If you answer ‘yes’ to either of those questions you have this type of depression.

6. Are you suicidally depressed? Is your depression deep, and dark? Are you chronically thirsty? Do you urinate more frequently than normal? Does your mouth get very dry? Do you have a short, straight, deep line at the top of your chin below your lower lip? Have you lost your Joy? Eat more protein, eat less empty carbs. Meditate, if you can, using the mantra ‘Ananda’. Take homeopathic Capsicum three times a day, 1/2 hour after eating, for five days on, five days off. Do this for a few months.

Before I go on, all types of depression do well with the following: Walk. Garden. And, help others. Of those three, helping others is the best. It is the cure of cures, not just a cure for depression. And, it is not just for depressed people. Walking and gardening are light, purely sensual activities. Depression is positively affected by purely sensual activities. Likewise, all sensual activities are good for depression. Keep your home full of beauty. Get and give massages. Kiss more. Depression is the opposite of sensuality. Depressed people are suffering from a lack of sensuality.

I’ve covered most of the main types of depression in the six points listed above, along with where we have covered obsession. There are a couple of other minor types. One, is a variation of the bi-polar depression, but depressed people with this have softer, rounder faces. They too feel vulnerable, but whereas the main bi-polar depressed person craves attention most of the time, this type of depression wants to wrap a blanket around itself and hide out most of the time. It is often religiously visionary. This depression does well with Arnica and Sepia, and oftentimes Staph. Consider these in a depressed person with a small chin and very thin wrists. A sub-variety of this has deep seated sadness, which is technically not depression, but can look the same, regarding his or her Mother. This depression is very well served with St. John’s Wort, along with Sepia, Arnica, and Staph.

Lastly, is your depression all around male-female issues? Is your depression a despair of the heart? Are you as much depressed, as disappointed? Do you crave chocolate? Take Ignatia once a day for five days, don't take it for five days, and then repeat this four cycles, or until you find yourself crying at everything. For deep, deep versions of this type of depression, or if you have been chronically depressed or disappointed like this, take homeopathic Psorinum and homeopathic Tuberculinum.

Don’t forget – practice Simple method. There are many causes of poor sleep, so one solution isn't going to help everyone. And, to complicate matters, poor sleep often is the result of not one problem, but two, or even three. On the positive side most of each of the individual causes of poor sleep are simple in and of themselves. The trick then is to pull apart the layers of poor sleep and solve each of them.

Having said all that though, there are a couple of things that help most people who have sleep problems. For some of you these will be all you need. For others these tips should provide some relief, at the very least.

Firstly, when you can't sleep, notice your breathing. Notice if your In-breath is longer than your Out-breath, or visa-versa. These are two different types of sleep problems. If the In-breath is longer, likely you are obsessing, and if the Out-breath is longer likely your poor sleep is the result of anxiety. There are simple ways of treating both of these.

If your In-breath is longer take homeopathic Sulphur, and use a little mental discipline; stop obsessing. Go to a health food store and but some Sulph 30, or Sulph 12, or as close to that as possible. Take one dose 20 minutes before bed, and one more dose just as you are getting into bed. Keep the Sulph beside your bed and take a dose if you wake in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep.

If your Out-breath is longer, do the exact same thing with homeopathic China.

If your Out breath is longer, note how often you are not present during the day. Note how often you are daydreaming. Daydreaming is not harmless. Be present, try to daydream a little less. Daydreaming leads to anxiety and can eventually lead to serious heart problems.

Also, from a general health point of view, it isn't a bad idea to have your blood sugar checked. And, have your thyroid tested. The blood sugar test is to rule out diabetes. Once you have ruled out diabetes, which will be the case for most of you, then do something somewhat counterintuitive. Eat as though you are diabetic. Eat more protein. Don't go to bed hungry, and don't go to bed full. The reason I say that is many people have sub-clinical blood sugar problems. These won't show up on a glucose fasting test, but nevertheless sugars aren't being digested and assimilated as well as they should. If you eat as though you are a Type 2 diabetic and you find you sleep better, then likely you are one of these people.

If you have treated yourself as though you are a Type 2 Diabetic and found you sleep better, then do one more thing. Every night before you go to bed, take one dose of homeopathic Capsicum. This should help further.

This will be especially true if you are feeling a lack of joy in your life, or if you are feeling emotionally flat. If that is the case, for one week take three doses a day of Capsicum, not including your one dose before bed. Then after the week, continue with one dose at night for another week. For one week each month for three or four months do a week of three doses a day of Capsicum. Take each of these doses 1/2 hour after eating.

There are also two simple breathing techniques that help a person fall asleep, or fall back to sleep if awoken during the night. The first one is something that can be done at any moment of distress, the second is specific to sleep.

General Breathing Technique:

Notice your breathing. Is your In-breath longer than your Out-breath, or is the Out portion longer than the In Portion? Also, note if any gaps exist at the end of the In, or at the end of the Out portions. That is, do you hold your breath in, or do you leave yourself breathless for a few seconds?

Gently, easily eliminate any gaps that might exist between the In and Out phases of breathing. Then, gently, easily equalize the In portion and Out portion. Make them the same lengths. Don't worry if each breath is longer or shorter than another breath, just make sure each breath is equally weighted in terms of inhalation and exhalation. So, it doesn't matter if one breath is eight seconds from start to finish and the next is twelve seconds, just as long as you inhale as long a time as you exhale, and there aren't any gaps between inhalation and exhalation.

Don't force this, or count in your mind. Just move gently towards this equalization.

Next, once your breathing has been equalized think 'So' during the In portion, and 'Hum' during the 'Out'. Do this for 12 full breaths.

Often that will put someone to sleep. There is a valid reason for this, but it takes almost a book to fully explain it, so I won't go into the full explanation here. Give the above a try though, not only when you need to sleep, but at any moment when you are obsessing, or anxious, or in fear.

Specific Sleep Breathing Technique:

Very briefly, thought forms in eight stages. Errors in each stage result in different types of diseases, because errors in thinking lie at the root of most, if not all, of our diseases. Errors in combinations of these stages likewise form more complex diseases. Different medicines work on these different stages of thinking. Everything is medicine. Sitting in the sun is medicine. What you think is medicine. Food is medicine. Different attitudes are medicine. Stones are medicine. Sounds are medicine.

In some way the most powerful medicines are the ones that are least intrusive. The most powerful medicines are the ones that least overshadow the person and yet gently nudge the person towards health. Sometimes an overshadowing medicine is necessary, or seemingly is necessary; a painkiller, for example, overshadows the person, but at the right time and right place can be very, very appropriate.

From my perspective sounds are the most powerful of all medicine, yet the subtlest. The first breathing technique touches on sound as medicine with its use of 'So' and 'Hum'. This second technique uses sound to help put you to sleep.

For my alternative health practice I test medicines of all types. I do this by taking my pulse after having taken the medicine and noting how my pulse have been affected. I then compare this to the pulses I have felt of people with different diseases. In this way, I can see what medicine can affect which disease.

One day I attempted to discern the effects of the following particular sound on my pulse at the end of my meditation. I never did so, because I fell asleep. I thought I must have been more tired than I had realized. A few days after, I tried it again during my meditation and again fell asleep. A few days after that I was awake in the middle of the night and tried it and once again I fell immediately asleep. Over and over, each time I tried to use this sound and then test my pulses I failed, because each time I fell asleep.

I thought, 'Aha, I'm on to something.

Since then I have tried this with many people and it works very well in many, many cases. But it does not work with all people fully. However, it is well worth a try. I would be surprised if it does not work at least somewhat with everyone, as this has been my experience to date.

To start, use the General Breathing Technique right through until the end of the 12 breaths using 'So' and 'Hum'.

Next, begin to think the following three sounds in the following way:

Think 'Yeh' during an In breath.

Think 'Shew during the Out portion.

Think 'Ah' during the next In breath.

Then, think nothing during the next Out breath.

Repeat until you fall asleep.

Yeh (In), Shew (Out), Ah (In), pause (Out). Repeat for five to ten minutes.

Yeh, has an 'e' sound like the 'e' in get. Shew is as it looks. And Ah is the aah of an exhalation, but not necessarily elongated.

Please note, when you think these sounds they are not clearly pronounced. They are thought quietly. They are a faint idea. This is not a clear strong repetition.

For those of you who try this, please let me know how it went. This will help me modify it to make it more helpful for more people.

You can reach me at steve@asimplemethod.com or go directly to the website at www.asimplemethod.com

At the website you will find the technique itself of Simple Method. Please feel free to download it and give it a try. It is a general technique to help break disease as it forms. And, it helps restore Peace, Joy, and Inspiration to a person who has temporarily misplaced these three essential qualities.

Good luck with all of this.
